1.    Local Labs' The Indian Graphic Design Story ("TIGDS") is a collaborative project. Please note that the submission of materials* (graphics, research, ideation, etc.) by you to the platform, will be deemed to be accompanied by your consent to allow Local Labs to share the materials with persons who have access to our database, free of cost. 

 

2.    All members have received an email with instructions and a link to a folder for updating the materials. Please ensure that you have mentioned the clear sources and citations for the materials that you submit. Local Labs reserves the right to not include the materials as submitted by you in case of a lack of citations/sources. Local Labs is not liable for and is not going to be construed be held liable for any losses or damages arising to any person in relation to your failure to cite sources accurately. In the event that any such liability is imposed on Local Labs, you hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify Local Labs against all such losses and damages. 

 

3. By participating in this project, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time. 

 

*please note that local labs will not be liable to pay you any money and/or fees for the submission of any materials to the platform.
