After working in the industry for over a decade in both in India and abroad, our founder, Roshnee Desai saw a need to build a brand design practice in India that would be the bridge between international standards and Indian cultural nuances.
Roshnee Desai is a designer and creative director
with 15 years of experience. Her previous work experience spans global media companies like MTV, Saffron Brand Consultants, Landor Associates. She was Design Lead at Eros Now and Culture Machine.

LOUISA FITCH
An internationally acclaimed Design Director & Producer with over 20 years experience in delivering global commercials, digital and motion design across multiple industries including tech, retail and sports, Louisa is our design partner in London.
She is the daughter of the famous retail mastermind Rodney Fitch and was introduced to LOCAL through him. The Fitches have always had a keen interest in design's ability to change the world which aligned perfectly with LOCAL's vision.
Senior Designer + Typographer
SACHIT SHYAM
Sachit is our senior graphic and type designer who works across identity systems, branding, typography and art direction.
He graduated Industrial Design Centre, IIT–Bombay 7 years ago and was a part of the Samsung R&D design team, where he worked on watch faces and digital experience for Samsung wearables.
With his interesting mix of expertise in Indic type design + User Interface, he is a perfect fit for bringing technical expertise to LOCAL's branding and digital designs.
Strategic Copywriter
SUKRITI DUBEY
Sukriti is our brand strategist and copywriter.
She creates beautiful, well-researched storytelling with a clear eye on the people she is building the brand for and the end impact of the client's business goals and communication. Thus making LOCAL'S brands resonate emotionally, culturally and strategically.
She has an eye on thr local pulse and written for some of India's top companies like Hindustan Times, NDTV, Purpose, Animal, and Pop XO.
Project Manager
RITU KHAJANCHI
With 15 years of experience, Ritu is our dedicated project manager with an eye for detail. She has led successful projects from conception to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams and varied clients to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
She has an MBA in Advertising and PR, and has worked across Brand, Advertising and Digital companies making her a huge asset to LOCAL
